60g Unsalted Butter

(Cinnamon Sugar Mix) - Mix together & set aside
100g Granulated White Sugar
1 Tsp Ground Cinnamon
Directions
Add Butter, Sugar, Salt and Water to a saucepan and bring to a boil.
Once butter has completely melted, lower the heat and stir in the flour till it forms a dough ball.
Place the dough ball in a large mixing bowl and add in Vanilla Extract. Let it cool down for 5 - 10 minutes.
Add in egg and use an electric hand mixer to whisk the mix till well-combined. (Use a spatula to gently press down on the dough as you go to help it come together better)
Put the mix in a piping bag or Ziplock bag with a star-shaped nozzle. *See Image Below*
Bring a saucepan of oil to boil and pipe small strips of the Churros Mixture into the hot oil. Fry till golden brown and remove from oil to rest on a kitchen towel.
