Ingredients
200g Puff Pastry
2 Tbsp Jam
50g Mozzarella Cheese, Shredded
1 Egg, Beaten
Directions
Preheat your oven to 200°C.
On a lightly floured surface, roll out the puff pastry into a thin sheet.
Spread a layer of Jam on the sheet and sprinkle Cheese on the jam.
Roll up the sheet and slice the roll into half. Then, braid the rolls and bring the ends of each roll together. *See Image Guide below*
Brush the top of the pastry with egg wash.
Bake for 30 minutes or until the puff is golden brown and flaky. (Note: If the top of the pastry starts to brown too quickly, loosely place a sheet of aluminium foil over it and continue to let it bake)
