Updated: Jul 23, 2020

Perfect for those late night hunger pangs. Quick and easy dessert fix!

A definite crowd pleaser. Add this delicious, crunchy and gooey blueberry crisp recipe to your arsenal! Prepare it in advance and pop into the oven whenever you have friends over!

Tip: Not a fan of blueberries? Swap them out with Raspberries or Blackberries!

Cooking Time: 25 mins | Serves 4 people

Ingredients

(Blueberry Mix)

  • 5 cups of Frozen Blueberries (Regular Blueberries work fine too!)

  • 1 Tbsp Sugar

  • 3 Tbsp Flour

  • 1 Tbsp Lemon Juice

(Crisp Topping)

  • 1/2 cup of packed brown sugar

  • 1/2 cup of salted butter, softened

  • 1/4 cups of flour

  • 1 cup of rolled oats

Directions

  1. Preheat oven at 190°C.

  2. In 5" by 9" baking dish, add in blueberries, sugar, lemon juice, flour and mix well.

  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ingredients for the Crisp Topping.

  4. Squeeze ingredients together until they resemble oval-sized chunks. Place them on top of the Blueberry Mix.

  5. Bake for 20 mins or until the Crisp Topping turns golden brown.

  6. Ready to serve!

Made too many? Store the leftovers in an airtight container and put them in the fridge. Reheat them in a baking tray before eating. Keeps well for 2-3 days in the fridge.

Enjoy!

Signing off, Cher
