A fantastic tea-time snack that's ready in just 5 mins! In fact, go crazy with your Quesadilla fillings, the sky's the limit!
Who knew Kimchi went so well with Cheese? For this recipe, I've added some diced sausages I found in my fridge. Get creative! You never know when you'll create a killer Quesadilla combination.
Tip: No Tortilla skins at home? Substitute it with bread to make a Kimchi Grilled Cheese Sandwich!
Cooking Time: 5 mins | Makes 5 Quesadillas
Ingredients
150g Mozzarella Cheese, Shredded
150g Kimchi, Chopped
5 Tortilla Skins (any flavour you want! Garlic/ Multgrain/ Wholemeal)
2 Sausages, Chopped - Optional
Cooking Oil
Directions
Divide the ingredients equally into 5 portions.
Spread out the ingredients on one half of each tortilla *see video below*
Add some cooking oil to a pan on medium heat. Pan-fry the folded tortillas on both sides till golden brown.
Slice up your Quesadilla and it's ready to serve!
