Easy Sausage Prata Twist

Cheat code recipe alert - Who says Twists need to be made with Puff Pastry? Frozen pratas work just as well!

Tip: Switch up this treat with different types of Sausages! Cheese, Black Pepper, Herbs... Cooking is exciting and fun!

Prep Time: 5 mins | Baking Time: 15 mins | Serves 1 pax

Ingredients

  • 1 sheet Frozen Prata - I have used Spring Onion Flavoured Prata for this recipe

  • 1 piece Sausage - I have used Johnsonville's Hot & Spicy Sausage for this recipe

  • 1 tbsp Shredded Cheese

  • Pinch of Ground Black Pepper

  • Pinch of Dried Italian Parsley - Optional

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C.

  2. Wrap Prata around the Sausage and cut into small pieces lengthwise.

  3. Transfer the pieces unto a baking pan and sprinkle Cheese, Black Pepper and Italian Parsley on top. *Arrange the cut pieces as seen in the picture below.

  4. Bake for 15 mins or until the prata puffs up and turns golden brown.

  5. Ready to serve!
