Quick Brazilian Cheese Bread

One of my favourite breads from the neighbourhood bakery! Pop it into your mouth and revel in the layers of savoury cheese and just the right amount of chewiness. This recipe is SO quick and easy to prepare.


Prep Time: 5 mins | Baking Time: 10 mins | Makes 12 pieces

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 Cup Tapioca Flour

  • 1/3 Cup Olive Oil

  • 2/3 Cup Milk

  • 1/2 Cup Cheese, Shredded (I used a Mozzarella and Red Cheddar Cheese Mix for this recipe)

  • 1/4 Cup Parmesan Cheese, Shredded

  • 1 Egg

  • 1 Tsp Salt

  • 1/2 Tsp Ground Black Pepper

  • 1 Tsp Dried Italian Parsley - Optional

  • 1/2 Tsp Cayenne Pepper - Optional

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C.

  2. Blend all the ingredients together in a food processor or blender till smooth.

  3. Pour the mix into a non-stick min muffin pan and drizzle some shreds of Cheese and Italian Parsley on the top.

  4. Bake for 10 mins or until the bread puffs up and turns golden brown.

  5. Ready to serve!
