Seaweed Snack Rolls

Air-fryer snack alert! These tasty and crunchy seaweed rolls are incredibly easy and quick to make. Plus, no oil is involved! Read on for the recipe.


Prep Time: 5 mins | Cooking Time: 10 mins | Makes 8 rolls

Ingredients *See Images Below*

  • 10 Sheets Roasted Seaweed Sheets

  • 10 Sheets Spring Roll Pastry (Large)

  • 1 Egg, Beaten

  • Pinch of Salt


Directions

  1. Whisk the Egg and Salt together and set aside.

  2. Lightly brush one sheet of Spring Roll Pastry with the Egg Mixture and place a sheet of Seaweed on it.

  3. Roll up the Spring Roll and cut into small pieces.

  4. Air-fry the cut Seaweed Rolls at 200°C for 10 - 12 minutes or until golden brown.

  5. Let the rolls cool down to room temperature. Ready to serve!
