10 Sheets Roasted Seaweed Sheets
10 Sheets Spring Roll Pastry (Large)
1 Egg, Beaten
Pinch of Salt
Directions
Whisk the Egg and Salt together and set aside.
Lightly brush one sheet of Spring Roll Pastry with the Egg Mixture and place a sheet of Seaweed on it.
Roll up the Spring Roll and cut into small pieces.
Air-fry the cut Seaweed Rolls at 200°C for 10 - 12 minutes or until golden brown.
Let the rolls cool down to room temperature. Ready to serve!
